All this hard graft for a 2litre zetec?
I cant stand body work myself, but i have a 2.4 v6 audi A6 outside ready for the scrapper, lovely engine, knackered auto box, should consider taking a front end clip off it and mating up an old sierra sapphire drive train, or even a quattro...
Last time I did anything heavy to a van was a cally turbo 4x4 setup in an e reg astramax...
just saying...
Although on a more useful note, if you want extra poke from the standard 2litre zetec, consider using fiesta turbo ecu and wiring. Gave around a 30% increase in power on my 1.8zetec mk 4 escort...Comment

Nothing to update at present. Body is fully prepped for painting. Ive just been too busy with work to get any time to do anything.
