Leathers are a first for me & they're quite restrictive at the moment & my legs ached after riding lol but that maybe the riding position & no riding for 15 yrs. It drizzled on my way to get the MOT but then the sun came out, I also should have removed the thermal lining as it was pretty warm in them

oooops, less than 1 week after the MOT I finally get a couple of little bits sorted & take it for a blast then come off on a slight bend because i just got it wrong, went into the dirt against the crash barrier, lost the front end, & slid along the M27 slip road :svengo: . It doesn't corner like my old LC lol something i must get used to before i go mad on it. Still i'm ok, leathers are scuffed, done the repairs but need to filler & respray. Very very gutted to bin it. I scuffed the belly pan & bent the braket, which I straightened. The V-piece melted to the downpipes so that will need buiding up with some fibreglass repair or filler. The mid panel lost a bit of paint & got pretty scuffed but I cleaned it up & put a light coat on the exposed part so it's not so 'IN YOR FACE' lol. The nose cone broke a fair bit but I plastic welded it all together & it just needs a bit of filler then respraying. The fairing bracket was proper twisted but I straightened it & the left side mid panel meets the nose cone far better than before the crash lol. I've just ordered a new screen as that's the only part that actually needs replacing. I wanted a respray at some point but it's needed a little sooner now.Yes the big sigpic is coming back

and the old slabby will corner at warp speed
a friend was following me whilst i was out on mine years ago on a 750 sling shot
i couldn't brake or slow down for the bend as he was on my number plate
and the old slabby bucked and weaved around but still made the bend that my R1 feels very unsafe at 12.0
the slabby made it atAttached FilesHirobo Turbulence D3

Thanks lol. I think I just screwed up & may have began turning too late & ended up in the dirt. HIGHLY embarrassing considering it's hardly a bend at all...a proper twat moment that's never happened before. I guess 15yrs awat from bikes has made me like a beginner again :(Yes the big sigpic is coming back

Check it out, here's where I came to rest after losing the front end on the dirt. I just don't understand how I ended up riding on the dirt in the first place. Maybe at the endof the word untitled but it started at the marker.
