Sometimes it goes wrong, normally its not the going wrong that causes issues its the failure to fix the cockup that annoys. Thankfully all the suppliers I know that advertise on the forum are quite willing and capable of adequately resolving problems quickly and efficiently - so No problem.

I've bought loads from FL and never had any trouble. Nearly always got what i need in stock and very fast delivery. They seem to know what they are talking about too if you need advice, unlike some general model shops!!

I have always found fast lad , very helpful and professional , even when I had the odd case of an item having to be returned to the us for warranty repairs which was frustrating .

Their service to me has been top notch , extremely helpful and professional :-) sadly for you things do sometimes go wrong , but when they do fl are one of the best at putting it right.

All businesses have hiccups and mistakes happen especially when you're working with the number of orders FL do every day. if your online info was up to date then it wouldn't have happened to begin with

I'm sure it will be rectified but there is one thing I do agree with...............the guy that answers the phone could work on his telephone manner pmsl

I have never had a complaint with FL, just checked yesterday and I've made 83 orders with them.

so i put my order in today for my vbar and other suff that i need for a trex 700n dfc i just got. I made a slight error on my delivery info but called them quite literally less than a minute later to say that i needed to change it to my current address(which i confirmed with them ) then was told that it was all sorted and address has been changed.

I paid 24 quid for Special delivery (minus 6 quid for shipping because of my last order being damaged on arrival) and i get a letter from UPS saying my parcel is on its way to my MUM AND DADS HOUSE, not my house. so my postage choice is ignored, money taken and its sent to the wrong address.

in the last 3 months i have spent nearly 3 grand with them and most orders has had a problem, be it coming by ups when i chose royal mail or all my electronics being faulty!

i really hope that this has just been a mistake on the paper work otherwise i do feel that this is totally taking the mick

as far as im aware nitro cant be reposted because its a DG. i live near dartford so no way im gonna get that back unless i drive all the way to bristol.

really disappointed...

i think you will find when you purchase nitro it will always be sent UPS because of regulations. There has been a thread on here before about this!
hope it gets sorted though. Never had a problem with Fast Lads myself.

ive used Chris n Jamie for about 7 or so years now and only ever 1 error and that was my fault. Checking my old address instead of my current one. Always my first port of call for bits, if they dont have it I have to start shopping around, and I hate that!

Oh and yeah I agree with pknec we need a fast-lads the proper side of the Pennines too Chris! LOL

Another for the FL guys here,
I've had 2.5k's worth since July last year and not a single mistake, 1 quality issue (which was no fault of the retailer) was sorted instantly.
Give em time and I'm sure they'll sort it.

I believe there was a phonecall to begin with,1min after placing order,original post
