Mcpx bl. How's it doing?

I broke my skid left leg. Super glue no good, 5 min epoxy no good, now a big glob of hot glue works a treat. While I was there I melted a fraction of those 2 ribs up front for the battery tension..installing batteries a treat now. My only grumble is the tail wag.

Did it wag out of the box? Or since a crash or two? :-)

It wagged out the box. But I guess it was not designed for super smooth hovering.

Stu. You have to get a other brand lipo like the nano techs and use the balance tap with them. Blade are hell bent on you using their over priced crap with their helis.

Afraid not,but Budd doesn't deal with shit products

So you will need Turnigy nano-tech 300mah 2S 35~70C Lipo Pack (UK Warehouse) and a female red jst to fit to the heli.

And the 6 way harness i linked up in the thread for Heathcliffe

I have ordered the link cable earlier in the thread and will get the multi cable with the batteries.

Company is in hong kong with warehouses worldwide....plenty of forum members use them with no issues....the lipo's are cheap enough to abuse

I have ordered the same batteries from same place. 2 day delivery. Adaptor from elicflyer 50p. Or change lead.

No fixed,

the lead lets you attach the turnigy batts to the Heli (diff connector on each end) you only need to do it if you are going to use original batteries and the Jst turnigys.


if you are going to only use the batteries you have ordered you need a female Jst for the Heli. (Cut old motor connector of and solder a female Jst on).
For balance charging you need a banana plug cable to 6 female Jst, this lets you charge more than one on a board.

Well, I'm new here.
So, I say hi to ya all from Germany,
A little about my MCPX I bought 2 months ago.

Started as a spare for my MCPX, but my original mcpx just wouldn't break,
So I started to look for what I could do to it.
Cool stuff for this little bird.
Carbon this, carbon that, aluminium parts,

Well, this is what I did to the little bird I bought as a partout for my original MCPX.
B/L conversion and the whole 9 yards.

The little birdy is sitting on my 550 blade, (looks cool I think),But anyway here is a look at it.

Have any of you found the prio rate really slow ? I find i cant do any piro type manovors well, such as piro hurricane of piro flip because mine pirouettes really really slow :S
