Running my Logo 600SX on 2 x 4300 5s Opti packs, 560 motor, 12 tooth pinion, Jive 80HV, get around 5 mins flight time @ 80% flat line. Brilliant machine, just love flying it.

For that motor it would really be more for a 10S setup.

Here's my Logo 600's setup (600mm main blades):

ESC: Kontronik Jive 80+ HV with Kontronik heatsink
Batteries: OPTIPOWER 3500mAh 6S lipo packs x2 (12S Flight Pack)
            Motor: Scorpion HKIII-4035-500kv @ 11T

I find that the ESC temps (battery slightly) are lower on 12S than with 10S but that's really the only difference you will find.

Both 12S and 10S have very good power as long as you have the right power setup behind them.

The Logo 600 is very floaty and with 620-640mm blades it can easily carry your 5000mAh packs in a 12s configuration. You will get long flight times. I would just start there and see how you like it. When your 5000mAh packs tire out you can think about trying out a new configuration.

With the included 560KV motor you would need an 11T pinion for 12s.

Either 4035-500 or the Pyro 700-52 will work well on 12s with 11T or 12T pinions. I have a Pyro 700-45 in mine with a 14T pinion but you could use 13T for less aggressive flying.
