logo 600 setups

what are people running in their 600-600sx logo's,i know this topic has been covered a few times 10sv's12s,motor choice battery choice etc if you did go 12s what is your setup,what are the pro's and con's of going 12s? or should i just stick with 10s,ill have to buy batteries either way cos all ive got is 6s 5000's and also can i just run it 12s with the supplied 4035-560 motor

I'm running a 560 motor in a 10s setup it's just brilliant ! I don't know if you will get away using a 12s set up with that motor you may have to drop to a 4035 500kv !

My exact position Vin. Got logo 600 on way and have 5000 packs and 4035 560 lolol need a very small pinion

i saw that Don,off sesame?are you coming to essex to collect or grassroots?think ill be at home in ireland,will the 5000 fit,problem with 5s is they will only be logo,maybe go thunder power and charge at 10c...lol,only need two then

I'm away for Xmas so will be in East Sussex on 29th so we are gonna meet up and swap as will be closer to towie ville then lol.

From feedback I've had so far the 5000s will fit in the carbon frames but are prolly too heavy for the se to give optimum performance but hey No harm in trying a 12s setup seeing as I already have all the running gear mate

12s for me, 3500mah opti packs, 450kv motor scorpion, 12t pinion I think from memory, balances c of g perfect, flies sweet, and I think the 10s set up is also sweet, I went the 12s route as to share packs with other heli's of 600 size.

cheers ross,i know if i go 5s,a couple of months down the line ill want something thats gona run 6s 3300,nothing else really runs 5s,logo 500 maybe but the speil is however equipped with 6s this heli comes alive

Im running 4400 ThunderPowers ! and i also have 2 5000 5s packs which are are a snug fit. The Opti ones are a little smaller so will get away there 4700 5s packs in with ease, flight time for me is about 4 mins running at 85% flat line with a head speed of approx 2100 etc

I can stretch it out to 4.5 mins if im gentle and drop the head speed, but im not a 3D flyer as you all know !

I'm getting 5.20 at 2100, with about 25% left in packs, 4mins seems very short?

Can get 5 mins easy on my 10s at 2100 using opti 4300.

I'm running 12s setup kontronik jive 80hv with scorpion hk-4035 500kv motor with 11 tooth pinion. Its very smooth and very quiet. I get about 5mins at 2150ish head speed with 30% left in the pack or at low head speed of 1600ish I could push to 8 or 9 minutes and still have 30%. I'm using voltz 3700mah stick packs till next year then maybe go 10s opti or gens ace route. The voltzpacks have done well over 150 flights.
