if it has to have a physical exercise component to it as well then how can things like Archery and diving be considered sports, Archery is just large Darts and Diving is learning to fall with style.

It will never happen because of the fact that the control is remote.
Shooting wouldnt be allowed if it were a new proposition because of this rule and crossbow isnt because of its remote trigger. Archery is fine because your hand is the trigger.
