The IOC does recognise FAI as a governing body of 'Air Sports' so it is not impossible that we may see something one day

I don't think there is anything stopping it being an olympic sport if it is nominated and accepted.

I could be wrong but I think the country that is hosting it has the opportunity of introducing a minority sport to the Olympics. so it could have been proposed leading up to this one. now wouldn't that have been something lol.

We have got the mountain bike track about 1/2 a mile from our flying site, with all the **** stained old gimmers down there theres a good chance a plank could make an unexpected landing on the track pmsl.

I like that definition. When asked if any of us did sport in our spare time and I put my hand up, the PE teacher told me that Snooker was not a sport. I wish I'd thought of that retort at the time.

I think it would attract a much larger audience then that, i only have to take my mCPx over the park to have everyone wondering how it stays upside down XD

Well, I think I had a change of mind, it is a sport, it does involve hauling helis, nitro, lipos and other stuff to the field and back
