yea i stripped the whole bird down and rebuilt it and i overlooked the fact that the belt is twisted inside the boom and the tail rotor should cut up into the downdraft of the main blades, its little rules like that that i was worried about when rebuilding it, i knew physics was gonna kick me in the balls at some point lol

how on earth did you have the tail blades turning the wrong way?
have you had the tail gear box off it? have you bought and fitted the cnc tail box and grips.

ive not got the cnc tail assembly yet no i just wanted to familiarise myself with the whole heli before i upgrade, i spotted a couple of problems, the screws that hold the carbon supports onto the tail boom were too small and were not biting the boom and holding it solid so the carbon and the horizontal yellow fin were just loose all this time, i had to find some of my own screws that were long enough.
