Anyone else started getting the TREX 500 deals emailed to them from Flying-Hobby.com excellent deals and prices. Says he's getting a delivery this week.

Medusa flown, pretty much the same performance as the Align 500L, a little more 'punch' but less 'sustained power'. Datalogger blew up when I plugged it in, don't know why so we'll be trying again tomorrow hopefully with a different logger. Overall I prefer the Align...

Rossendale have some carbon 425 blades made by RJX.
30 quid a set.

GF as above $519 (£260)
Expect TREX450SEv2 price to drop big time in Jan/Feb is my guess as people move to the 500 and Flying Hobby starts to have a surplus of 450's that never sold over Xmas.

is that including delivery as they are only £310 or less in the UK. If delivery is on top then doesn't seem much of a deal to me, particularly if VAT or Customs catch it.Sponsored by CSM, Optifuel

CF version & blades, £278 with free 2-5 days delivery but I paid another 9 quid for special delivery so my total is £287 inc VAT from a uk supplier. I can't build it up straight away as I have no servos so it really doesn't bother me when it arrives but special delivery gives it a slim chance.
Have been billed for it so we'll see.Velocity 50

Don't mind buying smaller items from outside the UK but you need a bit of backup where a whole kit is concerned, well at least that's my opinion especially with a new model even tho there appears to be no problems.Velocity 50
