im going to keep flying it how it is untill i get the rest of the upgrades.

did you check the link out to the feathering shafts. that digi measuring tool says they are 0.02mm thicker than the standard esky shafts. sold in 20s for all that crashing you are doing ;0)
damn i totally missed that link thanks for that!
mine came from china with a bent feathering shaft and a bent tail shaft and a broken canopy carbon rod before i even took it out of the box so ive yet to fly it as it should be. good to hear it is nice enough to upgrade, gives me inspiration

Yes, Definatly Prefer the Align ones and not a bad price. I'm currently using the wooden 315's at the moment and find them pretty good too. trackings very good!

do you need something better than the esky TX to use that Logictech 2100T?

Ahh I forgot about that! I reackon you probably will. I have a DX7 so it never occured to me.

Still if your in the hobby for the long haul its definatly worth the expenditure. makes life a lot easier when you can programm the throttle and pitch curves and everything else.

i was gonna get the blade 400 with the spek dx6i but i got sick of waiting around for 3 months so im looking for something similar to that TX. the dx7 is a bit expensive but hey, what the hell right! lol

Well I think its a great radio for the money. If you shop around I think you can buy the Tx only for about £175.

Also with 20 model memory its just one radio and you have to bind the Rx to the model so you cant fly with the wrong setup.

like I said if your in the hobby for the duration then its a good investment.

yea i was really considering the buy last night. i need to learn a bit more about RX's and servos though. i mean can i get the dx7 with RX and simply bang the RX into the belt and be ready to go??

Yes thats what I did. I never bought the E-Sky Tx with the Belt. I've use the DX7 from the off. Theres plenty of threads around that will show you how to setup the DX7 with the Belt CP. Get the AR6200 Rx with the dual link and your set.

thanks i read up a lot on this yesterday, it seems that you get a couple of good flights then it needs adjusting again and you get drift. i wanna find out if that means you are spending all your time adjusting trim through your flight, its bad enough doing that with the original gyro. its nice and cheap though i might put in a bid later. cheers.
