Having just got back into the hobby RTF or 2nd hand pre-built are tempting. However I would recommend buying new a building if you can afford it.
You get to understand what the set up process is like, plus you have assurance the build is of a good quality.
A Trex 450 will serve you well - depending where you are flying, conditions and space available.
I plan to add something similar sized to my fleet for less windy days so I can fly closer to my house.

Saying that though it is a steep learning curve and can be quite time consuming but the sense of achievement is awesome when you build from scratch and fly for the first time. It's not for everyone but it is worth considering.
