The 'mechanical failure' was nothing to do with it being a clone, it was caused by a battery pack hitting the rotor.

That's like someone setting about your Trex 700 with a sledge hammer and saying it's crap because it fell apart.

I have a Trex 700n and a Flasher 700n, and as far as I can tell, there's no difference between them. They even both use the same crap screws.

i have a HK600gt and granted its not as well built as the align but it is 1/4 of the price, then with a few align parts it flys just as well as i need it too. i also have a tarot 450 pro and that imo is better than the trex and also 1/3rd of the price. you have to look at the pilot in that first video

        here he is again
Drago450 Bad Crash With surprising turnout - YouTube
        and again
        Drago500 Major Crash - YouTube

        hopefully this will work
        RC Crash Videos - YouTube
in there contains 120 of his crashes

it seems to me its not the helicopter itself its the person who is piloting it

Indeed the thread on YouTube says what it says, nothing t do with it being a clone. Had he been flying an align the same thing would have happened.

Genuine Align 500 are no better this just happen today. the classic Align tail bolt sheer problem they still haven't fixed it and don't care to either. even Aligns need upgrade to stop them from failing. once you start flying hard, aligns start to show up their weakness. the tail got so heavily imbalanced that the forces ripped the screw in the tail gearbox right out ouch!!

                  damage;

both side frames completely ripped at the bottom.

                  • tail shaft
                  • tail grips
                  • ESC wire pulled out
astonishingly the blades survived and the boom, main shaft feathering is dead straight, canopy is unmarked
i did a fast piroveting auto but it tipped over at the end and came in fast the body was spining so fast that it ripped the whole of the bottom part out hence why the top is all unmarked.
                  time for some expensive upgrades.
