Check out these life packs mate, might be an option.
1300mah and it weighs less than 100g!!!!
(p.s the absolute min mah i would suggest would be around 1500mah!!!! But its up to you)

what the Beast X can handle is largely irrelevant - the servos are what matters here.

If you use HV servos then you can run an unregulated Lipo 2S pack (i.e. max 8.4v fully charged) and not worry... I assume however you are running the stock DS610's/DS650? If so, you are better off sticking to their rating which is 6v.... Life at 6.6v is fine, but 8.4 is asking for trouble in my opinion. Evidence suggests they can actually run just fine on an unregulated 2S lipo (according to a few guys that do) but it's way outside of their operating specs and you'll almost certainly be shortening their working life.

The 2100mah Hyperion 2S LiFe (6.6v) is a perfect fit on the 600 Pro so would probably be fine for your needs? I burn about 300mah per flight so that's a good 4 or maybe 5 flights with plenty of margin left. The nice thing about Life packs is that you can leave them fully charged and they won't be damaged as easily by over discharging.
