to me this question depends on pilot ability .and good flyers have there own choice.
i use ht blades on the raptor 90 and love em.also funkey carbon(not glass).but if you're into mild 3d jp blades are the best option a carbon blade at around 30 quid,,spot on

as for auto's ive done loads of rolling auto's with the jp blades no problem at all
