You can see the three guys in the background looking at the Build Document saying ...
Put your caption below
My offering is " Balls !!!! I told you the Belt Drive was the wrong way around"
P.S. Wonder when Midland will stock this ? lol
Also wondering if it's worth (for you 3d heroes) sending this link and your Heli CV to all the Police Forces/Counties in the UK on the offchance of a Job.... Lets face it...contacting to fly the heli would be awesome. I should Imagine you're looking at 300 per day plus you'll never been scrambling around for batteries and bits. Dunnno about you guys but if you're unhappy in your current job and can jockey the Heli I would think it's worth the price of a few stamps for CV's addessed to the Chief Constable. He might even be prompted to investigate it as a quiet (electric) method of crowd surveillance or similar.
Guys I found this.... I might give them a call tomorrow....
With the skills on this board I don't feel it's inconceivable to develop a flight instruction package for them.
Training with a Sim plus one to one instruction.
Having acted as a consultant for the Government and Military a few times this would be a seriously nice earner.
I found this ....
The "Scorpio" is a much smaller battlefield helicopter, focused on special operations. It is also of conventional helicopter configuration, with a two-blade main rotor with Hiller-type stabilization paddles, an exposed two-blade tail rotor, and landing skids. A sensor turret may be fitted between the landing skids. There are several variants in the Scorpio line:
The 13 kilogram (29 pound) "Scorpio-6" flies at 35 km/h (22 mph) and has an endurance of an hour.
The 40 kilogram (88 pound) "Scorpio-30" flies at 50 km/h (31 mph) and has an endurance of two hours.
Would you believe they have variations upto 1300 Kg's ????
Wonder what the batttery is they are using to get a battlefield 13Kg Heli running around with surveillance and everything else with an endurance time of 1 hour !!!!
At least we now know why the thing is on HUGE skids
