Just wanted to write a quick note to let you know about Horizon Hobby UK's excellent customer service.....
When I (hmm Trvo) broke my Synergy, the case top of my Spektrum AR7000 rx also got broken. I dropped a mail to Horizon Hobby UK and they advised I send it back for testing & for a new case top to be fitted. I posted it back to then on Friday, and this morning Mr Postie has delivered a repaired and tested rx, via recorded delivery.... hows that for speedy service
. Not only that, but the total cost was £0.00
This is the second time I have used Horizin Hobby UK for repairs, and both times the turnaround time has been same day, and the cost has been zero.
I wonder if they could give Ripmax a lesson in Customer Service
