Hi All

Just wanted to write a quick note to let you know about Horizon Hobby UK's excellent customer service.....

When I (hmm Trvo) broke my Synergy, the case top of my Spektrum AR7000 rx also got broken. I dropped a mail to Horizon Hobby UK and they advised I send it back for testing & for a new case top to be fitted. I posted it back to then on Friday, and this morning Mr Postie has delivered a repaired and tested rx, via recorded delivery.... hows that for speedy service. Not only that, but the total cost was £0.00

This is the second time I have used Horizin Hobby UK for repairs, and both times the turnaround time has been same day, and the cost has been zero.

I wonder if they could give Ripmax a lesson in Customer Service

I seem to recall that you were the one programming the Aux2 to Aileron mix that wasn't supposed to be there whilst I was pinning it to the ground...

Sounds like Horizon are pretty damn good...

Ah yes, thats as maybe, but you were holding the tx, so that makes you the flyer (or crasher)

Now i'm ****ed at horizon, my AR7000 got a little mashed and needed testing and a new case and they charged me about £15 for the pleasure.

at the time I thought fair enough, cheeper than a new one, but your not the first person ive heard that has had the same work done for free.

I wonder how they work out that particular lottery.

Sounds like very good service, even at £15! They could have said "tough, you broke it - buy another"

I was being a little ironic, but rereading I suppose it didnt come over very well.

I was happy with only having to pay the £15 but I have to admit free would have been better.

When I do get good service I like to mention it. as im just about to in the thread re my Hyper

Sorry, I missed the irony but atleast between us we cleared that up.

I may have missed it as I have a lady to do my irony (Well she does my ironing)
