Should i sell my trex 450 pro?

I think of selling mine all the time but every time I fly it I think why would I ever sell this!! It's a great practice heli which is very strong and relatively cheap to repair.

hehehe.lol. thats the plan. Thinks its pointless having 2 450's in one household. He's already said i can crash his about now he has bought a trex 550 v2 (same as me!lol). Could use the money towards that shiney new logo.....

I would sell it, been thinking about selling mine much the same as you as it doesnt get used.
Not because I have much better to fly as I realy only have my 700 pro nitro at the moment but because my old eyes just dont see it that well at range. I simply cant see which way its facing when mucking about with it. I had a 550 flybarless that I sold & regretted so I think I may well sell my 450 pro to fund another 550.

Ah, but what about batteries and flying time, is that not going to be a factor sometimes?

A bucket full of cheap 3S 2200s (or a pretty small lead acid) will keep you flying a lot longer with your 450 when your bigger birds are all out of juice..

Yes but the only place I can fly it is at the club, ao if your lucky you can only get 2/3 flights in a day of any heli. Rather have them flight on a bigger machine tbh. The on the other hand it still may come in useful, when trying to perfect my inverted hovers etc... Still need more thinking time on this me thinks!

do you really "need" to sell it? wait until you need too, the 550 will cost a hell of alot more when it goes in, If you can afford to keep it then keep it.

I think I'll sleep on it. Right now I am thinking sell it buy a logo 600, then buy a fbl version after the 600 has arrived.
