I just got an email from Charles too, enquiring as to my tracking number. Guess they're getting a bit more proactive.

I also received an email from Charles enquiring about my tracking number, then 12 days later received a shipping notice from Castle. So that's go to be encouraging for those still waiting.

Got my 120hv back this morning along with a neckstrap and my lipo and motor connectors in a little bag ( which will save a few quid)

Looks like they are getting on top of it now.

Its an unfortuante situation and not one I would want to be in :S Hopefully the new ones are a hell of a lot more reliable, as we really do not want to be loosing CC.

Sent mine back to the states and got a email 4 days later saying I would get a new esc delivered within 15 days

I just got an email from the Belgians saying they have received my esc - about time! At least I know a replacement is coming...

I think I'll email tonight. I know thy got it because I sent it tracked, but it'll be useful to know its in their system. Did they give any indication of lead time to get the replacement?
