Tell me about it. The customer service from this company is a joke. They is just no information about what is going on it all. Just a status update on castle's website would be nice at least we would have a glue on what is going on. very disappointing

Sorry if I seem to be naive or simplistic( I am no stick banging SkyGod by the way and I have not used the kit in question).....but.....these units are obviously not fit for the job that they are meant to do......why doesn't everybody just ask for their money back and go and buy something else???
These units seem to have been the mutts nuts in the past but somewhere along the line something appears to have changed.

That was an option for some people with new units that arrived with Align kits, or other recent purchases, but once they have been returned to CC in Belgium or the USA it is not so easy to change your mind and go back to the retailer.

So people are now trapped, CC have their ESC and they are stuck waiting for it to be returned ...

Castle sent me an email confirming the package had shipped on 11 October and today it arrived!
As per some of the returned units, I also recieved a radio neck strap.

Hi Glenn, I put the hv80 in the post to USA on Monday 5th sept. I left my connectors on it (I know they asked for them to removed before sending back) hoping they would send it back ready to fly, no such luck.

I wish I hadn't. +3 weeks now that my parcel is waiting at the USPS depot for someone to collect it or ask for redelivery. Next week it is coming back and then I will have to send it again.

I chased them twice with emails, and they were not even sure they had received my tracked package.
Sorry to see that many are still waiting, I can't grumble at waiting 6 weeks compared to others.

Finally things are moving forward! Though a replacement is not yet posted to me at least Castle now have mine in the system. I am told USA will have more HV80s within the next two weeks.

This an email from Castle reponding to the question of wheres my ESC


We have shipped just over 50 ICE 80HV controllers to Belgium. Unfortunately yours was #118 received by Belgium, so we did not have enough in the first batch to get to yours. We will be sending them another large batch of ICE 80HV controllers in about 2 weeks. There will be a slight shipping delay getting the controllers to them. I would estimate it will take about 4 weeks when Belgium ships the replacement controller to you. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
