Firstly what headspeed you running? ... if your running harder dampners (re the orange KBDD's) then they will prefer a higher headspeed. You'll probably find that when worn in a little more the vibes will ease up and then disappear. How many flights you got on it since the new dampners/fbl head? Did you grease the feathering shaft also? Also the main blades shouldnt be too tight in the holders.

Not too sure on the headspeed as bought second hand & have not investigated what pinion it's running yet (was running fine with FB head)

Only had about 6-8 flights on it since changing out the shaft's & dampers.

Yep greased up everything, made sure nice covering.

Will see if I can source some other brand blades & see if tha makes the difference.
