Well Pete, unfortunately some people are just so incredibly thick it makes you wonder how they survived past the nappy stage. Obviously this particular glueless kit dosen't have the brains to figure out that he's sending his dog towards potential death or serious injury and as you say, he'd be pretty damn quick to make a claim against you for vet bills or the loss of his dog.

Instead of giving up on flying at the park, why not get yourself a micro DV camera (one that clips to your lapel) to film your flights and if said prat reappears with his dog at least you'll have video and sound footage of his irresponsible behaviour should the worst happen again and your heli gets dammaged or his dog gets injured. You then might even be able to make a claim against him for damages and culpable negligence.

I don't own a bulldog (I have a border collie) but I'm sad that responsible Staffy owners get lumped in with the w@@@@@s who buy them from a 'bloke in the pub' as status symbols. I also feel sorry for the dogs because, in good hands, they are friendly little critters.

My American bull is as soft as shiiite. She would crap her self at a flying Heli. When I test stuff in the back, she legs it in the house. Lol

****tard! unfortunately he probably got what he wanted out of it. You to ruin your heli and not fly there again

Go back with a 700 and chase him round the park! (Of course I personally do not condone these actions lmao)

Political Correctness is a doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical, liberal minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

That's just plain stupid, it seems that the vast majority of people do not see the dangers of our hobby.

Even a 450 will cause major damage to human let alone a dog, just make sure you have insurance as these types of morons are the cause of the compo culture we have today, if there's pain there's a claim.

I was in a park with a little electric, i'd just finished flying blades stopped, when i see a dog running towards me, it ran straight into the heli and did more damage than the crash previous.

What did i do, Picked it up and went back to the car, nothing i could do and thats the risk of flying in a park.

Not being in club, and in my local park I get people standing watching, I usually get the " can I have a go" comments, but usually its good natured. Dogs are a plenty in the park so its a bit of a pain, but they have as much right to be there as me so I can't say nothing. Im looking for a new bigger field to fly in, its difficult when you are not in a club to find a really good field.
What has happened concerning the bulldog is just mindless, i would have had a right go at the fella, but then again he would have just set the dog on you!.

Must be a busy park. I fly I'n a park and normally get there I'n the morning round 7 for a battery then afternoon at 5 till 615 with no hastle. One time had some kids watching I said it's not a toy it could kill you if things go rong and they left .,, but agreed a very silly dog owner with no care for his dog..

One thing you need to watch is if you are actually legally allowed to fly in the park first as if there is a rule against it it won't matter the circumstances of how the dog is hit, it will be the pilots fault(unfortunately).

Also can you all please watch your language as we do have youngsters looking at the website. Thankyou.

I personally would report him saying his dog attacked you and he did not call it off then see how funny he thinks it is.
