totally agree with ade good riddence. i went to spain and did enjoy it but now its just a commercial stitch up well thats the way i see it. plus there is more chance of hell freezing over than 3d masters comming back to the uk.

does it show that ive got the ump tonight. well its easing off a bit now lol.

No reason why not, if you don't manage to drive it, it's a long way from Finland I'll pick you up at an airport along the way. It would be nice to see an international pilot in the champs.

to an extent maybe... but the personality of the organiser will always somehow come through.

take 3d champs as a great example rob and edders attitude really shines through on that even despite the crap weather this year there were smiles and laughter all round.

anybody can be an Arsehole, it takes real commitment, dedication and a whole lot of effort to be nice.

i think there was 2000 spectators on the saturday at the masters.
alot of people like attending the masters and couldnt care who runs it.

but its a personal choice and i respect that

There is no choice to make Craig, all heli events/comps are to be applauded and supported no matter who runs them.

                    >> uk 3d cup/3dx uk...welcome international pilots
thanks I noted last year already, but it didn't work out in my calendar.

                    >> if you don't manage to drive it,
now that would be a trip... I guess the most practical option is flight and rental car.

Done Orebro in Sweden from the UK. Was stopping there a month so wasn't too bad. A weekend in the UK may be pushing it.

When 3D MASTERS was in spain in 2009 we drove there(me and my two children)i zeroed the clock before i started out from the midlands.
When i got to mucia spain i unpacked and then went to two different airports to collect friends and generally running around in spain over the week.
TOTAL 4200 MILES in a week.
On the way i stopped in the south of france,on the way back i didnt stop at all just drove untill i got home
i was shattered to say the least.

3D MASTERS in holland is very easy, drive to dover get on the ferry(thats your break) and the to holland was there for 2oclock in the day.

                          cheers craig
