I took a couple of lessons and funny my tutor said the same
    Quote
learning in heading hold would be easier but it's a bit like learning to drive on an automatic...learning the hard way pays off in the end. Plus during forward flight, in normal mode the tail will tend to follow along naturally. We/you can get HH to work if you like but personally I wouldn't use it at the moment.

Hmm, I have to be honest im finding this so hard, I can hover around the place but keeping dead still is just so so hard.
I trust my shuttle is capable of staying in one place !

Im off 2 sandown this weekend maybe i should get a raptor

I only got the shuttle two weeks ago and already had to quickuk the tail due to worn pitch sliders etc :-( and it looks shiny now :-)

            Settings

Ok, so further to stuarts posting here is a link to my radio's settings

            http://ipv6.mfnx.ip6net.net/heli/

Highlighted in black are the changes I perceive to be needed to go into HH mode, based on stuarts help.

Can you guys check and confirm please, also the gyro manual can be found in the same place.

It says that when HH mode in ON the rudder sticks where you leave it.

            Mine does not stick ?

Looks fine, I can't view the gyro.tif file can you e-mail it or re-do it it say's its corrupted.

Also I noticed from your spreadsheet that you have a 5 point curve for pitch and throttle this would indicate that your version is the super not the sport.
              Cheers

What servo have you on the tail ?

What channels are you plugged into for the gyro gain settings ?
                Cheers

Stuart, it seems it is a hybrid supersport lol as it only has 3 flight modes not four like the super.

The tail servo is a Supertec Coreless S09CL the aux is chn5 and i think the other is in 4 but i am not in front of the heli at the moment.
