  • Can anybody help?

    Hi Guys,

I need to make up a Y-lead for a Trex 700E to connect two 6s 5000mAh packs in series..

I need to get hold of some 8AWG silicone wire to do this.

Does anybody know where I can get some in the UK?

    Thanks in advance
    Cheers Matt

As a suggestion, if you take the positive lead of the esc to one connector and then connect the two connectors and then connect the negative of the esc to the other side of second connector you will eliminate one connector and it makes for a tidy installation. You might want to draw a picture to visualise what I have written and make sure of getting the + and - the right way round.

Thanks Andy, got a feeling with the length or wire I have on the esc it's not going to meet the lipos hence the reason for the Y lead.
                        Cheers Matt
