Not from where I stand, just asking questions from Joe Normals POV rather than the Clique Club

Was purely a point of fact that the 3G had been pushed and applauded but the fact that people weren't actually using it "out of the box" was not really pointed out for possible adopters

I haven't commented on the 3G flybarless apart from one previous thread and I quote - http://www.rcheliaddict.co.uk/492994-post13.html:

So we are clear mate I paid full price for my 550e 3G and I have every intention of only speaking the facts as I see them. My 550e has been a bit of a ball ache to set up but that's been the mechanics really. What I can say is v2.1 is a definite improvement over v2.0 as it virtually eliminated the elevator bounce.

BTW I love the idea of being in the "Clique Club". How cool is THAT!

Phil if you want more info on the G3 system please feel free to start a new thread. im sure youll get lots of opinions both good and bad.

Richie, your explanation of why and wherefore is cool. My gripe was with much earlier reviews that raved but didn't explain eveything and certainly made no mention that the Align tail gyro was possibly wanting if you were anyways good or a hooligan
