The 700 is about 20% bigger, otherwise very similar. (The 600 uses 600mm blades and a .50 motor, the 700 uses 700mm blades and a .90 motor)

everything on a 700 is bigger, the blades are 100 mm longer and thee engine is a 90 instead of a 50
