    Why a shorter flybar ?

    That should make the flybar precess more slowly - giving a redced roll-rate. Which should be the reverse of what you want.

    Interesting point on weight. It may well be where the weight's carried that's important - ie close to CoM is good.

        I was trying everything I could think of. This post flybar - Page 1 - RunRyder RC Helicopter gave me a clue. The last quote makes the most sense. But as it goes it still didn't help LOL.
