Stuart you may as well remove both of these forums
as they are now prety much useless.
I desperately need a pair of 600 D's yet I doubt I will get
a pair. The likely hood of someone browsing the wanted section
who has a set is very low & you have stopped both the for sale
& wanted posts coming up in the main threads window

I know it's annoying that the for sale threads keep rolling the main threads window
but surely the wanted section doesnt have that same impact.

I dont think either should have been removed from the front page. Replys being stopped is fine, but the for sale forum is dead, nothing really sells any more.

I totally agree. I'd prefer it if it had stayed on the main 'new posts' page.

Its easier to use bmfa classifieds now
jamie i have recently got a 2 to 1
ratio selling via there than here.
Its just a shame that a few people here
moaning to the mods has basicaly ruined
what was once a great part of this forum.

Agree that nothing sells on here anymore (even if that isnt the intention anyway), but how many shitty posts have there been about buyers/sellers lately?...... None.

I used to like people responding to my for sale threads, because at least I know I have priced it right then. I had to keep reducing the prices of all my stuff, because I had no idea if anyone was interested or if the price was appealing enough.

I think on the whole the forum
is dead in general.
I've noticed a few people arent posting
lately and the same threads seem to hang
about for ages.
I have to say the place is becoming dull.

im sure it will pick up in the summer, when people are flying more and the new helis are released which gets people chatting more. Well as soon as Align release another heli it will get people posting there problems with it

I bought a heli on the for sale this week.

I'd have bought a Tx too if I wasn't out of money. Im sad that the Tx on here is going to wind up on ebay without me getting it, but I don't have the cash.

Maybe it's not as busy as you guys are used to, but it doesn't seem too broken to me. I know I'm new though. Just offering a different perspective, I'd never have bought my first heli on ebay, I'd have paid twice as much new to get started and possibly would never had taken the plunge. There's more trust available here.

I for one liked it how it used to be. The new rules seem very OTT and spoil a great forum a little bit.
