I think this is very cheeky, if not a bit out of order, especially the "..with no stocking fees and get a full refund including postage then I can order from fast lads and save a fortune". Why should Revolution refund your postage? They did not ask you to place the order, cause them expense in P&P only to have you return the goods because you subsequently found them cheaper elsewhere. If you are to renege on the deal you should at least ensure Revolution are not out of pocket.
The proper way forward in this situation would have been to call them and ask if they might be able to offer additional discount.
As this is not what the DSR protection is there for (after all you do want the items and they are not faulty) I wonder if the fact that you have posted your reasons and intentions here, and Revolution know this, that they could legitimately refuse your return.....? However is seems they will accommodate you, or at least try.
Lesson is, do your homework before pressing the 'Buy' button.
