FFS lighten up guys. There's a whole lot more important things to get wound up about than a delayed package.

So often we (including me) seem to forget that is is a sodding hobby. It doesn't matter a jot if we are delayed from flying for a day or so. That the RM screwed up and took a day longer than they should have and that FL may (although not on this occasion) have taken a day longer to pack and ship.

I ask you this: How many of us, in our professional lives, don't screw up from time to time. Don't take a day longer to finish a job than it should have done. I know I certainly do.

It really doesn't matter. Really it doesn't.

One thing I think we need to be collectively aware of is the power our statements on here might carry for the trader in question. On posting this, the thread has been viewed over 2400 times in around 24 hours. Most organisations would kill for that level of publicity and yet the thread still carries a negatively worded title for something that was totally beyond the traders control.

Before anyone chucks a bun in my direction, yes I have on one occasion started a similar post after waiting two weeks and having made many phonecalls. Posting something like this without first having the courtesy to pick up the telephone is a bit naughty really and is potentially very damaging for those involved regardless of lack of fault.

i ordered my dx6i ariel around 4pm on tuesday just using normal postage, i got an email yesteday saying the item was being despatched and it arrived with the rest of my bills today,that is excellent all round from communication to delivery
