Well I have read this post and I am total gobsmacked to see that this is still going on.

Once again Phil (Smoothhound) you have deliberately raised a post to start a bun fight, sat back and watched it grow with glee. Shame on you dude!!!!!!! Whlist you may think this funny, unfortually it always will do some form of damage to Fast Lad which they simply don't deserve.

Threads like this are really losing my faith around this forum!!!!!

Mods, Its my strong opinion that this thread should be stopped, removed and the relevant people to be taking aside to explain their actions. If they are going to act like school kids maybe treat them like school kids.

PS:- I have nothing at all to do with 'Fast Lads.' I buy from them because their service is superb but have no official connection with them.......(for the record)

Retailer paid for service which isn't then received, post justified. The retailer is responsible, whether or not they like it, for the delivery agent they use, and the service or lack of service they provided.

Personal attack by you on the person who started the thread, now that's out of order.

Fast Lads can, and do (see Chris's post above), stand by their products and related services, and a thread like this does little to dent their excellent reputation.

But it can dent your reputation on the forum massively.

I think the thread "degenerated" when it was decided by the Fast Lad Fan Club(of which I am one 99% of the time!!)that it is ok to post how fantastic a supplier is as often as anyone likes but the minute there is a problem however minor or major it has to be hushed up and kept behind closed doors and not spoken about

Phil. The motives for Your frankly vicious & spiteful post certainly weren't 'Tongue in cheek' As you never even mentioned or gave indication it was 'Tongue in cheek' Until post #24. There was no smiley or wink etc in Your thread title, and nothing in your posts prior to post #24 which indicates to me and probably the rest of the community with brains that it was far from light hearted.

Why not raise a thread slagging royal mail off? Exactly... You wanted maximum reaction. But why the spite? Are we not here to support our model shops - Which, I hasten to add are fast disappearing.

People post on the forum citing their delight or disillusion at the service they receive. So I take it you have seen posts from members exclaiming their delight at the fast efficient service they have received from Fastlads & you haven't liked it..It's niggled you..Annoyed you..Why? Do you prefer to see posts where people have had issues and/or lost money? Infact '**** it!! let's invite Raptormadsteve back on here to start thieving from and ripping people off again!! Will that bring a smile to one of your faces

We are not arse lickers Phil. We simply pay credit where credit is due. When we order parts online we usually need them pronto as usually they are repair parts. If we receive them in good time then brill. We get the heli repaired in time for the weekend & we let others know of our satisfaction.
Regarding all the previous posts from 'Arse lickers' All they have done is mention their happy experiences.
I'm also disgusted by the comments from certain individuals about this thread being a 'Refreshing change' From the usual good news...Jesus how perverse
You are waaaay out of order in raising this thread which is unjust and absolutely totally undeserved in my opinion.
All you have done is make yourself look a total **** who needs to grow up.

And incase you are wondering ...I have absolutely no affilliation with Fastlads.
I am however lucky enough to live six miles away so I usually order parts online, drive to the shop & they are already picked and ready for collection when I get there. I've seen first hand how bloody hard they all work & how dedicated they all are. They all deserve the utmost respect from me for that.
They largely give us exactly what we want and when we want it & they strive to improve and expand on that service at every turn.
You only have to see the hours the lads put in
Their amazing success & good reputation didn't just create itself.

In a bitter attempt to embarrass & belittle You've surely succeeded...
But only in doing so to yourself.
