What a lovely morning flying. Loosened up the belt and got both of my packs charged (so need some more) and took it out to the local field. Took her up and tested how the belt seemed. At the moment I can push it into the center with a bit of force. Anything past the center requires a lot of pressure. Might be a little on the slack side but a lot better than the guitar string tension I had on it before
Put her through a few piros both left and right. I have a tendency to only do right hand piros, for some reason it feels more natural. Managed to get through about 10 of them with out stacking. Landed and tried the other battery, this time trying a bit of nose in flying. Well it started to gain speed backwards and was getting quite low so gave it a bit of collective. Then managed to get it flying towards me and over the top, started gaining a lot of altitude (must of been flying into the wind). Brought her back under control and managed to fly a few side on hovers. Attemped another nose in flying but noticed a funny rattling noise so switched back to tail in hovering close to me but couldn't notice it. Not sure if it was some external noise as there was people with dogs approaching where I was flying. After that I packed up and went home. Might see if I can give her another go later on.
Batteries were still slightly on the warm side so might try adjusting the meshing even more.
