So we had another day of heli domination at the Slough RC Flying club.
Though this club has always been regarded as a fixed wing club the heli numbers are rising along with the skill level of the heli boys.
Yet again the heli's outnumbered the planes by 3 to 1, and all of us broke new ground, apart from me nailing loops & rolls (at last), other members did their first inverted hovers, some did a few tentative tic tocs, right down to the member who was goaded into taking the training gear off his twister for his first TG free hover!
Small steps I know, but they all count!
To a chorus of banter, whoops and cheers, everybody upped their game today and it just go's to show the value & reward of flying at a club.
Well done to all those who were there!
