      I've done this with a lama v3 and it sort of works, except that if the car accelerates, brakes or turns it goes wrong*.

      *This was ofcourse done away from public roads before the safety bods jump in.

        Just test your theory with a tennis ball by throwing it up as your driving. If you accelerate hard then maybe the tennis ball will stay in that same spot & you will plough into it head 1st. The knock on the head may make you think again

          If you watch a balloon in a car it moves the opposite way to the g forces of the car, this is to do with the air pressure moving around.

          I think that the mcx would move forward if you accelerate and rearwards if you brake.

            It was about 2 years ago I did this, but I seem to remember that if the car accelerated the heli would move towards the rear of the car and visa versa.
            Essentially the same as any other object in the car i.e. when the car accelerates you get pushed into the seat.
