      I think most after run oil also warns of this, I have only done this on my plank engines without issue, I go with the plug hole on the heli as its more easily accessible.

        Good quality synthetic two stroke oil shouldn't hurt the O ring. Mineral oil might.

            I should probably refrain from introducing my bottle of Zap AfterRun 2 ("Contains Hydrotreated Light Naphthenic Petroleum Distillates") via the carb, then!
