Ordered somthing from FL on sunday still no package.... Bought some servos from HeliWard0 he send them on monday, Nothing....
Both items have been despached.... :|
Arghhh i really wanted to be flying by this weekend.

Danny.. seems to be the norm recently.

Everytime I've ordered anything from fast lads and many other model shops, it always came the next day.

Two weeks back, I put 3 orders to 3 different shops in the morning. Items were posted out to me 1st class or 1st class recorded, and I got none the following day. All came the following day, taking 2 days delivery for 1st class mail.

I'm not a fan of Royal Fail but should point out that 1st class does not mean next day, if you ask a postie or at the PO they state 1-2 days normal delivery time, the only guaranteed way for next day is special delivery.
Considering that a few thousand people handle millions of letters/packets and parcels everyday I don't mind waiting an extra day for it, If you really wanted your gear that bad you would of paid extra to get it on time or you would of picked it up yourself.

I've ordored loads from FL before always came next day... in fact when ever i have ordered anything from anyway its always came the nexy day

It says 'aims', this is a legal loophole incase its a substitute postie not familiar with the round or an excessive amount of post etc.

Danny most stuff does arrive next day but the postal service is not perfect so occasionally stuff will be late, you should always expect 1st in 2 days, if its next day then its a bonus.
I ordered something yesterday from GiantCod but i'm not expecting it until tomorrow so wasn't fussed when I didn't see it laying at my feet this morning when I went to the door.

We often don't get post on a Wednesday at home - I wonder if sometimes we exceed our 'quota' for what the postie can carry, and so it gets left till the following day.

When I have received things 1st class, or sending.. it was very seldom that it would not reach there the following, day.. as long as it catches the last collection at the post office.

Recently, I have found that it is obviously getting worse... in my case, 3 orders, from three different ppl all sending out to me 1st class.. and all taking two days.

I have experienced the same thing this week. I ordered three different things from three different companies on Sunday and only one has turned up so far. My postie is great though, he signs for all my parcels and even notices when they get sent to my old address by mistake and delivers them to me.

The same happend with the gyro you posted to me andy.
You paid for it to be with me next day but dident arrive for 2 days.

Think there is obviously some problems with royal mail . It's usually a high percentage of mail which gets to their destination on time.. seems to be the opposite in that most don't

I too ordered from fast lads on Sunday and this is the first time its not got to me next day.Still we had no post today at work at all :O

I ordered from Midlands late Friday and that turned up Tuesday.
