Thanks for the vids mate. Been trying to crack this for ages and getting nowhere.

Noticed when watching your vid that the cyclic stir starts with left cyclic movement before stirring the stick round. Never noticed this before, just gave it a go and I've done 2 or three complete flips to inverted and back. A long long way from perfect, but at least it looks like I'm attempting something rather than smacking it into the floor all the time.
