My current thinking is to go with the 10CG, although I have noticed there is an 8 channel Tx just released but unsure of its specs (or if it can even do heli - although suspect it can)
Dont bother with a module of any kind for the 9c. Although it was a great radio at the time nobody expected servos to be as fast as they are today hence the latency is terrible when using a ccpm machine.
Seeing as you know your way around Futaba I voted for the 10c. Its functions are pretty much the same as the 9c but with more cool functions thrown in. Electronic swash ring for example. Its an awesome radio for the money.
if you look at my earlier post i was looking
but now i'm not
i went for the 10cg and a good tx to
the only problem i have now is when i use the 9c i can feel how worn it is compared to a new tx
