            Hi Derrick,

            You said:-
The wind dropped here tonight about 8-30 went into garden with the beam, flew 1 lipo and then it ****ed down.
I'am going to emigrate anyone no the best place in the world to fly.
            Del.
Had no rain for a month here, forecast is dry until end of September!

Here's a pic of my local flying field and a few helis in the rotory section, taken in May last year!

Well I made the 120 mile round trip to fly at Tims (Busterboy) last night and the 600 never even made it out of the car Bloody weather

A new Trex 700 did however make it into my car though
Thanks very much Tim and all your help was, and is, as ever, very much appreciated Great guy. I think I love you
                    Cheers,

So glad that we got that bit sorted, it's too hot and dry to argue here!

Can we have a little of your rain if you've got some to spare?

You can have as much rain as you want. Could you also take some of this wind as well. I went down to the field again, floods gone.

I flew 2 batteries no probs, then started the third, and the wind just blew & blew. I managed to get the heli down & called it a day. Could have been worse, at least got a bit of flying time.

Doing fine for wind Brian, makes the Blade 400 bounce like a yo-yo on a short string, but today my shade thermometer was showing 40C, and you get grateful for a bit of air movement. I find standing in the middle of the sports area for 4 x 2,100mAh batteries, (can't go home with them charged ) is about as much as I can take.

Here a pic to show you what I mean:-
