  • I Don't Believe It!

    He said in his best Victor Meldrew voice.

    The wind dropped about 11.00am today, I mean, it was absolutely still. I finished all my jobs, & negotiated with the boss/wife that I could go flying for a couple of hours. I loaded everything into the car, went down to the flying field, and it was FLOODED!!!!!!

    As in about 18 inches of water in the car park!

    So I came home & sulked.

      Just to add more bad news to your day it was forecast wet and windy as hell round my way today but i turned out not to bad bit windy but you can fly around that but stayed dry till late this eve. Had a really good days flying. sorry lol

        ooh crap.life is such a bitch cant help smiling went up the club on sunday ,the forcast was for 8mp winds more like 30mp wind

          The wind dropped here tonight about 8-30 went into garden with the beam, flew 1 lipo and then it ****ed down.
          I'am going to emigrate anyone no the best place in the world to fly.

                never mind Brian there is always phoenix!
                the wind dropped here tonight so i took the chance to go and fly my new bnf sukhoi,i only have one battery as the others need some velcro. got to the park and it wouldn't fly ..no power stuck it on the charger and it was flat...waited ten minutes and then charger went flat gutted that'll learn me

                              weather crap, radio busted and away at horizon to be fixed ( thanks guys ), lorry driver on nights seeing some perfect dry & still evenings whilst working when i could be flying !! oh bugger !!


                              thank goodness for phoenix and that cheap 5-channel radio that came with my cx2, it works on phoenix ! yay !!!
