Just back from flying just the one pack!!! FAR too cold and I can't fly in any kind of gloves.

Good flight though as it was a test flight after the repair to my Trex 450. It has had new servos and a new swash and it flew the best it has even flown so I must have repaired it OK.

Can't wait for the warmer weather to start my learning for proper.

one flight today, as i had one dodgy auto which managed to snap my belt and broke my rear fin. So short and not so sweet

What a day wow warmed up on the sim bout 20min then went up the field with the whole fleet.
First up was the 130x pile of poo threw a main blade in the air the blade actually snapped so it wasn't the heli but still can't say many good things about it. The 300x on the other hand I love just a set of carbon blades an it's solid. Up down up down upside down aghhhh little bit of poo then right side up again my first flip cool!! So shaking like a leaf I took the 500 up to see if a new tail servo would finally sort out the odd twich it has but with Ni luck so the 600n came out my first nitro so after about 20 min of trying to start it I remember the exaughst plug DIPSTICK but away we went 1 tank of 8 and circuit down 1 more tank then home the snow has come and it's too cold. So up she went and I must say what a pice of kit love this heli excited from flipping the 300 I bit the bullet and flipped the 600 aswell I don't know where these balls have come from but I hope they don't go away

One pack on the 130x tail collar came loose, lost control, crash and broke so came home. Bloody cold as well!

Had a great day today 3 packs through my T550, lots of fun trying to nail autos! Then onto my FPV quad for some scary in the camera flying!! Then finnished on my T500 checking HC3-SX rescue mode.

and to top it of.... No repairs! For a change!

yes had 5 nice flights doing nothing new but just going over what Ive been working on and i got to say it was quite at the new Field very quite and i liked it

Yes I had one flight and I couldn't see the heli cos my eyes were streaming from the cold.
My nose was leaking too.....

Yes 12 flights on 450. The 600n would not start. Changed plug for an align. 2 minutes into flight engine dies. Changed out for os 8. 4 mins engine dies again. This time plug had come out? Total strip and engine strip. Only problem found was clutch u/s and the amount of accumulated nitro dirt. Crash damage was tail blades and front gear.

There is a definite advantage to electric I never realised how much before. No faffing around and cleaner.

damn it was cold but couldnt resist flying ... at 4pm we realised that we have been chatting away all afternoon but still needed a few flights so set and done ... enjoyed it but wouldnt mind some sunshine to be honest ...

Did three batteries on the 450......before my fingers fell off......please can we have some sunshine and warmth....!!!
