3 flights on the 450L. Mistimed the sun going down by 20 mins. Went for it tonight and went for my first nose in hover for 8 years. no mishaps. Rock on!

Sound great , unfortunately I flew , 1 bottle of Avon skin so soft (midge repellent ) , 70 + bites , 26 flights on oxy3 , 4 no goblin 630 , as I said brackley sounds better lol

Yes but not at sunny MK because I was on holiday in East Lancashire. I flew my 130 in the field behind my friends house. 6 flights, 2 crashes, a little damage.

3 more flights on my G380 KSE. First flight was good, did some nice precision moves and all felt good. Then on the second flight I noticed a loud ticking noise on spool down so I stopped to investigate. The noise was coming from the tail pulley, but I couldn't find anything wrong so I tentatively flew a third pack and all was good - at least until LVC kicked in halfway through the flight! In my distraction with the tail pulley noise I had only gone and fitted a used pack. I felt like a complete numpty! Anyway I got away very lightly as I managed to land with the soft cut and the pack was down to 3.3/3.4V per cell and not puffing, so not the end of the world. Later discovered that the tail pulley grub screw was starting to come loose, so I was lucky there too. Live and learn hey!

Howling winds today but still got up the field. Took the max V2, the compass warp, the EDF viper jet and the traxxas slayer.

Viperjet was awesome but the wind made it impossible to land
Found a couple of ball links were too loose to fly with on the max V2
Forgot the kids had broken the connector on the Ez start system on the slayer

......ended up flying the warp 360 in 30+mph winds! It was fun. Lol

Too darn windy to fly today so went to the pub for lunch and met up with an old mucker.

He said: "Aren't you disappointed you cant go flying today?"
I said: "Well there's food in my belly, got a licence for the telly so nothing's going to get me down."
He said: "Isn't that the lyrics for a song?"
I said: "Yeah, some Italian fella from Scotland, cant remember his name."
He said: "Al Pacino."
I said: "I'll have a pint of what your drinking."

So spent the afternoon drinking and talking absolute shite. Now it's time for a nap. Wonder if it will be windy tomorrow?

There's a lot to be said for the 180cfx .it stood up well against the gales today . with our funfly tomorrow I hope the wind settles down a bit .

It was mightily windy at sunny MK today. I only managed two flights because the 700 was being blown all over the place. I kept it intact though.

Still fairly breezy today but not like yesterday. Left the max at home and took out the protos 500 amd the jet. 3 good flights on each and went home very happy!

hi Sheryl .Sorry you couldnt make and the cold gets better soon. It started off a bit slow but quite a few turned up in the end and quite a mix of models from 180's to 700's along with some very impressive jets and the usual mix of planes.Duncan Osborne and Dave fisher were the stars .wind didnt make any difference to them and as always very friendly atmosphere and good BBQ .Great days flying with all levels of skills.
