Glad you got it sorted for him. Is it holding fine in forward flight/ flips and inverted hovers now? I did notice the Goblin had a nervous tail the other week.

I moved the servo in one hole and got software to 100-100 rather than 80 something, gave it a turn extra of right rudder on pushrod and changed his gain on travel adjust to gyro switch and give him 3 different values 65-70-75 and no wag in any now.

Yes I did fly today and yesterday. I had a great weekend at our club's fly in.

The weather was pretty good and I did a fair bit of flying; then I took and passed the A test.

Another good day at padmac! 5 packs with the X4 and 3 with the Logo. Wind kept changing direction making every manoeuvre a guessing game, but good fun hooning around in it all the same. First ever rainbow from inverted with 2 piros and into a huuuge backward loop. Absolutely loving my flying time now it's once or twice a week, as opposed to once every 2-3 months. Everything getting smoother and riskier. Can't get Phoenix to work on my new iMac, so the Gaui is the sim hahaha.

Rich, the wind is good training, and you lose less time flying over the year by putting up with it

I'm with you on this one. Plus the plank boys at my field stay at home for anything blowing faster than a bees fart, so I get the whole patch to myself.

Brilliant weather today. 1 on the Goblin; couple on the Rex 550; couple on the Rex 450 and an outdoor fly of the nano....soon lose sight of the little fella in a field Didn't use all my lipos so out again tomorrow all being well. Enjoyable afternoon.

Think I may have a tan the weather was so good this afternoon! 3 on the 450 and 5 on the goblin 500, I've finally cracked inverted tail in circuits, now need to practise backward circuits the right way up lol!

Such a nice evening I went back and put 2 more on the 550 and 2 on the G570 - such a nice bird to fly. Great finish to the day.

A great evening in the sun with a little wind. I put 5 packs through the 500 and managed 4 flights with some inverted flying and a few nice loops (first time off the sim) and started to try some rolls. The 5th battery ended the evenings flying...

I came out of a roll too low and then pulled the elevator back instead of forward while inverted.

So far new blades, servo to swash link, possible servo gears (1 set), 2 canopy posts, canopy (just more damage) and skids. I have put a post in the "Did you crash today" thread with some pictures. It could of been worse as it went in just 20cm from the tracks.

Hopefully be back up and flying by the weekend though
