GP700 setup

Hi,

I have a 600NItro pro with Align GP700 and DS620 servo. How do you set the delay; the light goes gren and red but what delay does this correspond to?

My heli was fine and smooth then I went into the setup menu to adjust the gain and now it is twitchy on the cyclics (very sensitive) as well as for the tail servo (set to DS).


any ideas?

Set the gain through the gear channel at 65% in heading hold and conventional. Set rudder to 100% and use the gyro to set the end points of the rudder. The red light is conventional mode and the green light is heading hold.

Delay

HI there, question edited to say "Delay". How does one set the delay and what to?

You do not want any delay, leave the rudder stick in the middle and this will select no delay.

Any idea why my heli is hyper sensitive now - even on the cyclics? I do not know what the delay was before now?


I have simply set the delay to 0 (centre) and changed nothing else....as far as I can see.

from factory settings there is no delay. The gyro wont effect the cyclic response

I have the setup doc for the gyro which is helpful in general but it says to set the gyro to the required delay but does not tell you how to do this?

IIRC the delay is either 1 or 0 and does not have settings inbetween.

it allows the gyro to be used on more sensitive micro helis as well as large 90 class nitros.
