Nice 1 on getting your Blade 400.Good luck with her! a little tip for setting it up,especially when setting the tail servo and rudder. Is to use a 'Lazy Susan' cake makers board. Its just like a turntable then you can attatch it to a heavy piece of wood like a chopping board.(so it doesn't take off!)
So when you set her up you don't have to hover and this equals no crashes
I will find the pics and put em up for ya
    Cheers Grant

Congrats Nik... Ya should have some fun with the setup ... One word tho .. Strip it and rebuild it from the ground up and ya can check bearings and the like as you put it back together .. And if u tether your heli with a cake board .. Please dont speak to me again .. that is the single most stupid thing I have ever seen in my life ..using something like that puts soo much stress on the heli bits , not to mention the feedback from n e vibration you might get ... SAFETY FIRST!!! ...

the only time i will strap it to a cake board is if i get stressed and wang in in the oven, i had to spoil the aesthetic beauty by mounting my 6200 on the side as it wouldnt fit in the undercarriage bit, but other than that she is ok, has a slight wobble on spooling so im gonna swap out the blades (i have 9 pairs) after i noticed the covering was split on one of the woodies and i dont think they are balanced, hopefully this should sort it, other than that i love it....its smooth on spool up, is not twitchy thanks to Boggy's setup, i even flicked it into flight mode to do pitch control and it was simple.

Good Luck with the Blade 400,

Take your time in setting her up! it will pay off in the long run! and maybe its advisable to stick training legs for the first flight as this is a new model so it will have its own 'feel'. it also can prevent situations for example if the tail pitch is wrong and you go into a fast piro spin, you can concentrate on getting it down at a slight angle and save the model
"Anger and Frustration bring the best out of my flying ability.. because generally I don't give a shit either if the machine hit's the deck or stay's in the air - both will accomplish satisfaction, but most of all it exerts the feeling of flying conservatively. - Callum"

No problem Mad im glad it finally arrived, if you dont want the spare motor feel free to sell it to me as i think the connections are slightly different to the current motor/esc on the belt and its the only spare i dont have lol

only thing i cant see is the spare gyro ? was gonna use that on my 2nd blade.

the esky motor is different connections than the standard b400 esc. however the esky motor fits directly to the twister esc.

Well after a day of testing every shaft and bearing the only prob i had was a wobble on spooling up, this was cured by changing the blades for a balanced pair, it still has the tiniest wobble but now it starts smooth, wobble/vibrate for maybe 0.5 second then back to steady as a rock.
Tracked up beautifully too was quite surprised at how easy this heli was to master for set up, now just gotta learn to fly it lol.
