Well after a day of testing every shaft and bearing the only prob i had was a wobble on spooling up, this was cured by changing the blades for a balanced pair, it still has the tiniest wobble but now it starts smooth, wobble/vibrate for maybe 0.5 second then back to steady as a rock.
Tracked up beautifully too was quite surprised at how easy this heli was to master for set up, now just gotta learn to fly it lol.

just remember, take it very easy to start with and if it's your first CP heli, put training gear on - it may increase vibrations a bit but will stop crashes. I didn't when I started and my lovely new Blade lasted 10 seconds! Also, make sure you go somewhere with a bit of space....
