What to buy for the Dandeman project?

Hi Guys,
I have decided to put a poll together to ask for peoples opinion on where to go next.

Thanks to all of your efforts after a week of receiving parts and money (The postie hates me now) it has become pretty clear that we have enough parts to just about put a SCEADU 50 CCPM heli together (just need a couple of parts which I'll post later).

The only thing lacking is that Dan only has a DX6 (not the DX6i) which is only a park-fly.
The question is should he put his/your money toward a DX7 or buy a new airframe?
I am biased toward getting the radio.
Anyone got one they want to sell at a good price?

If the airframe is good then the purchase of a good radio makes sense.

How much money is in the pot at the moment.??

How much further funds can be added by Dans parents/Dan etc.??

What's the chance of purchasing a second hand DX7 (Plenty for sale around £100) and try to reach a total for going the whole hog and purchasing a new Ely Q or similar build airframe.

This forums could reach new heights among the RC forums over the world in doing so.

Just a thought and I know there is a Sceadu frame in there at the moment.

Worth a mention.
