Anyone used these guys? They are a plank outfit, I bought a little 3 cell lipo to power my light strings off them but I've hreard nothing and they don't answer the phone so far...
It's under a tenner so I'm not too worried.

no answer on land line
guy on the first mobile number says the other guy is running the business and he isn't any more.
No answer on the second mobile

Good job it was only £9 worth and not £1000 worth of electric plank!

I see part of the address is Ansa house.... Ansa products used to be run by Allan Levi and he is an underhanded bastard. I'd steer well clear of them.

Well, paypal pulled my money back - the same day that happened the guy answered the phone.
Now he sent me the little battery, and I have my money back...
I will inform paypal and send the payment again because I'm so honest.
Obviously this business is not the most efficient!

Hi. I do not understand these comments about ALLFLIGHT.CO.UK
I have dealt with them a great deal, and found them really excellent. They generally deliver all items within 2 to 3 days, at least if in stock. The guys there, Matt & Allan, are always trying to be helpful.
They also have some AWESOME products -the NEW Walkera 4G3 Palm-size 3D CP Heli, all the other Walkera Palm-size helis -at very cheap prices.
Plus -all the RC-Factory and Fancy Foam stuff, and all the PlantracoLiving room Flying stuff.
Its one of the most interesting websites I have seen, for quite some time.

i think moyesboy was pretty justified to post this thread. he had a problem and had made every effort to contact the company involved.

maybe if allflight came up with an explanation we will all see why it went wrong and it wont happen again. Then they will get some positive advertising.

I think we give companies enough time most of the time before we post n e thing negative about them so like Ade has said it was justified posting on here ... Just like if we get good service we post on here as well as it shows what suppliers can be trusted with our hard earned money ( or lack of it at the minute lol ) .. I for one like to see the posts on good and bad sellers as it makes us more informed in the future and also sometimes it makes the shop sort there act out ... Sometimes poeple can post a little too hastily though .. Me if i had bad experience with a company I would try everty avenue open to me before I posted ...
